A results-driven Service & Operations Consultant, I have extensive experience in the non-profit, hospitality, and event industries, specializing in customer experience, process improvement, and digital transformation. I hold a BBS in International Hotel Management from Shannon College of Hotel Management, and my career spans both the private and non-profit sectors, working with high-profile organizations.

During my 15-year tenure at the World Economic Forum, I:

✅ Revolutionized registration and badge processes, enhancing efficiency and service levels through technology-driven process improvements.
✅ Led a three-year digital transformation project, migrating registration systems from an outdated CRM to Salesforce, significantly improving user experience on TopLink.
✅ Built and led a high-performing service team of up to seven members since 2017, earning recognition as the most professional and customer-focused team within the Forum.
✅ Steered operations through the COVID-19 crisis, adapting workflows for virtual events and successfully rebuilding the team to meet evolving business needs.
